The rhododendron

    The rhododendron -from the Greek rhodon (rose) and dendron (tree),It's a woody descendant of the magnolia whose habit ranges from crawling to shrubby to treelike.
 
 
As for planting and cultivation,a rhododendron needs three things above all else drainage ,drainage,and drainage.Rhododendrons also prefer acidic soil, using a leaf mulch,bark chips,or pine needles will help with acidity.
Rhododendron make wonderful companions to otheracid-loving plants and trees, such as ferns and dogwoods. Many bulbs, like tulips,daffodils or lilly of the valley.
 Selection one of kind :
'Ken Janeck' - flower: deep pink funnel-shaped blooms form on a large truss,leaf dark green, curved with height to three feet.
 
'Roseum Elegans' - flower: funnel-shaped and lavender pink with up to 20 blooms per truss, leaf : dark olive green and rounded,with cupped edges with height to six feet.
 
'Berg's Hardy Form' - flower: vibrant dark shade of blue , leaf smalland dark green with height to four feet.
